Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Claypaper offers physical snail mail products that are prepared and shipped on a monthly basis.

Purchase Options

Customers can purchase the snail mail products available on the Claypaper website.

Orders are processed according to Claypaper's monthly mailing schedule and are generally shipped through India Post around the 15th of each month.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the product description, price, shipping information, and policies displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed.

This applies even if the order has not yet been shipped. Because orders are prepared according to our monthly mailing schedule, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests after payment.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for cancelled orders because cancellations are not accepted after payment.
