Claypaper ships snail mail internationally through India Post.

Shipping Schedule

Claypaper's snail mail is prepared and shipped around the 15th of each month.

Orders placed after the monthly shipping schedule may be included in the following month's shipment.

Delivery Time

International snail mail generally takes approximately 4–8 weeks to arrive.

Delivery times may occasionally be longer due to postal delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside Claypaper's control.

Tracking

Claypaper's regular snail mail is sent as untracked mail. A tracking number is therefore not provided for regular snail mail orders.

Lost or Undelivered Mail

If your mail has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please contact us at claypaper.shop@gmail.com.

Where appropriate, Claypaper will resend the affected mail.

Because our snail mail is sent through regular, untracked postal services, Claypaper does not provide refunds for mail that is lost, delayed, or not received.

Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address at checkout.

Claypaper is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

Import Duties

Claypaper does not charge or collect import duties from customers.
