To keep shipping affordable, orders are sent using standard stamped mail, which does not include tracking.
Once your order ships, please allow 2–5 weeks for delivery depending on your location and local postal services.

Yes, every charm is handmade, so slight variations in color or shape may occur. This makes each piece unique.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Because each item is handmade and prepared individually, orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us.
