By joining the Claypaper Mail Club, you are signing up for a recurring monthly treat! Your chosen tier (Signature or Paper) will be billed automatically each month at the listed price. Your membership continues until you decide to cancel.
Shipping & Delivery
- Timing: Monthly mail ship at the start of each month.
- Tracking: To keep the Mail Club accessible and affordable, we ship using traditional postage stamps. This means tracking information is not included.
- Delivery: Please allow 2–6 weeks for international delivery. Free worldwide shipping is included with every subscription.
Cancellations & Refunds
You are in total control. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for mail that have already been shipped.
Arrival & Quality
While we take great care in packaging your mail, Claypaper is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. However, we want you to love your mail, if an item arrives damaged, please reach out so we can assist you.
